Cooking Club and Friday Snack

This week in the cooking something delicious club we had a tailgate party theme. We harvested the garden for salsa and slaw.

Picking tomatoes, shallots , herbs and cabbages.

We got quite a few shallots.

We made wings, salsa, slaw, twice baked potato chip dip, corn on the cob, and football 🏈 cupcakes! We had a fun evening.

We have slaw and a corn salad for you guys to try in the kitchen.

I’m getting ready to add some fall flowers to the courtyard garden. I make flower arrangements for the front offices weekly from our beautiful zinnias.

Zinnias are my favorite flower.
