Last night the menu for cooking something delicious club was a fruit smoothie for snack , fruit and cheese board with crackers, mixed green salad with pine nuts, apples and shaved Parmesan, Shrimp scampi over fettuccine, garlic bread, mango pineapple spritzers, and raspberry lemon trifle❤️.
We have been enjoying using our new table and chairs when eating our family meal.
Each week we are learning something new while enjoying community, and of course eating well. I have added a dry storage pantry for the club so the kids can see what a pantry should look like. I’ll fill it through the six weeks so they can gather their ingredients there.
I have purchased more silverware for the club and have added some new cookware too. If you have any of our plates or cups in your room please return them to the kitchen. I purchased twelve plates and we only have 9. I have 12 students in the class. 😊
I’ve also added a cookbook library. Feel free to browse and then copy or take a photo of any recipe on your phone.😊
